COURTROOM EXPERIENCE:	1989-1998 - Tried dozens of cases to verdict; settled or disposed of hundreds of cases; conducted discovery and attended mediations. Most cases involved defending civil defendants in products liability, oil and gas, commercial, premises liability. 1996 - Became board certified in Personal Injury Trial Law through the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. 1998-2003 - As a judge conducted close to 100 civil trials giving specific attention to entire case but particularly voir dire process. Since 2003 - Have handled various matters including mass tort dockets, employment matter, insurance coverage issues, products liability and commercial cases.
